Originally raised farming in Kentucky and later moving to Orlando working as a contractor, Gage has a solid work ethic and commitment to an elevated standard. Gage fell in love with Tennessee, and found a place to call home when he came to Memphis 20 years ago. He enjoys working with the residents and commercial businesses whether he’s renovating in mid-town, or remodeling in Bartlett or Germantown. “I enjoy what I do, and my extensive experience has taught me well.”

Renovation Process
If there is one bit of wisdom I've learned on the administration end, it's to be more sympathetic and understanding of what the clients deal with during the renovation process. It can be an extremely stressful time when your home, yard, or business are being torn up, much less, having a myriad of strangers on your property. This is why part of the consistency I deliver is on-time service. Leading one of the largest renovation / restoration firms in Memphis, I've managed teams for over 20 years, and the crews I use understand the importance of execution and delivery. It's paramount to you, and it's imparatve to my company.
Construction Delay Causes
Often, when execution does not run on time, it has little to do with anything other than a disconnect between the layers of a larger firm. Products not being delivered when anticipated, backlog with scheduling, or sales closing deals on promises for a project, only to find that a portion of the project isn’t possible. (No, you really can't run a wire there!) That’s a huge blunder in the renovation process, and believe it or not… it happens, even with some of the largest corporations worldwide. I am here to minimize this issue and mitigate the stress and hold up when it does occur.
